I do not update my Blog as much as I used to for various reasons…not sure what I could say in seismic times. It’s all so deep blue.

The last couple of years have been very distracted with work.  My day job took to me places I could only dream of ….

I will never be able afford a dream home and who wants the heartbreak? Roxy Music’s ‘In Every Dream Home A Heartache’ was one of my highlights of the Peter Murphy tour (I was supporting act in 2009) where he played the Korg. It was so haunting – Peter’s voice was extraordinary and the dream home is a nightmare.

My old house was in the news at the end of August with the tragic sinking of a boat. I only visited the house a few months prior for a garden party and I will never ever get over it.

I have recorded a new album.  I’m out of time and I’m out of sync but I will get there and the one thing I would say about it – it’s honest and it’s almost like when I started – round and round and round we go back to the beginning, from the heart as it always was back to the start.

Over and out for Halloween again and the sunflowers that came out finally….

So this time I’m not paying £50 for some obscure postcard from the States for Halloween…

Instead here is a photograph from HMS Fowey which I rather love…perhaps this was taken when they were stationed in Alexandria for a while (and I just finished The Alexandria Quartet the most remarkable series of books I have ever read by Laurence Durrell)…this unique found photo is mysterious and beautiful…just what I crave for in this day and age…

PS Off to Argentina to Lago Escondido of course I can get there (unlikely) but I will post soon…a much much better post when I have found some wonderful ephemera.
